SHIPPING

We recommend using a work address as your shipping address where possible for a more prompt delivery service. If you must use a home address please be sure that there is a person present to accept delivery as at times a signature may be required. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or returned to us due to delivery failure.

SHIPPING
At present, Shipping is offered to Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Orders can be delivered by A Post Standard service or Courier Tracked Parcel which can be selected at the checkout. Delivery times are usually between 9am - 5pm. Large Items or Bulky orders will be delivered by courier service and not your local Postman. 

SHIPPING AFTER CONFIRMATION
Once we have shipped your order you will receive an automated email to the email address you provided when ordering with us. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days of dispatch (Republic of Ireland Only) and 4-5 working days (Northern Ireland). Please note: If when cancelling an order that a shipping label has been manifested, the costs of the shipping label will have been processed by the courier service and are unable to be refunded. 

DELIVERY FAILURE
In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left by An Post (please check through any junk mail you may receive). Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this may take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email. If you are not present to receive a delivery from courier they may leave a package in a safe place, or make contact to rearrange a delivery.

Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

DELAYED DELIVERIES
Please allow up to 14 days for the items to arrive as lost in transit items are usually located and delivered within that time-frame, if 14 days have elapsed then please contact us to let us know that the delivery hasn't arrived. In the unlikely event that an order is lost during shipment, we will attempt to source a replacement to dispatch to you. If this is not possible we will refund you the value of the missing item/s to the original payment method and amount. 

Please note: we can only process Lost in Transit items within 60 days of dispatch.

ERRORS WITH DELIVERIES
From time to time we may receive an order back to us by A Post/Courier as “Undeliverable”. This will happen if there are 'Insufficient address details' or possibly 'No one at this address'. In the event that an order is returned to us as 'undeliverable due to insufficient address details' where we have input the address on the postal label exactly as we received it from the customer, re-shipping costs will then be the responsibility of the customer.
