SHIPPING INFORMATION


We recommend using a work address as your shipping address where possible for a more prompt delivery service. If you must use a home address please be sure that there is a person present to accept delivery as at times a signature may be required. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or returned to us due to delivery failure.

Christmas Delivery
We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas on any orders made after December 14th 2017. Our last date for posting all orders is December 15th 2017. After this date we will be closed for Christmas holidays and will not re-open again until January 8th 2018. Any orders placed during our holiday period will be sent out on this day. 

Shipping
At present, Shipping is offered to Ireland and Northern Ireland only. All orders will be delivered by An Post. Delivery times are usually between 9am - 5pm. Large orders may be delivered by An Post courier service and not your local Postman. Please note, we are unable to take requests to have items delivered to a neighbour or left at your door, etc.

Shipping Order Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive an automated email to the email address you provided when ordering with us. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days of dispatch (Republic of Ireland Only) and 4-5 working days (Northern Ireland).

Delivery Failure
In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left by An Post (please check through any junk mail you may receive). Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this may take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

Errors with deliveries
From time to time we may receive an order back to us by An Post as 'Undeliverable'. This will happen if there are 'Insufficient address details' or possibly 'No one at this address'. In the event that an order is returned to us as 'undeliverable due to insufficient address details' where we have input the address on the postal label exactly as we received it from the customer, re-shipping costs will then be the responsibilty of the customer. 

Courier Deliveries
If for a large order we need to use An Post courier service to deliver an order, it will need to be signed for by the recipient. In the event that they cannot deliver to the address they will attempt to make contact by phone. If the recipient cannot be reached by phone a voicemail will be left (if this facility is available) advising attempted delivery and a number given to contact to arrange re-delivery. In the event that the recipient cannot be contacted or the courier does not hear from the recipient within 24hrs your parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for re-delivery costs.

Why does Premier Sports need my phone number when I'm placing my order?
In the event that your parcel can't be delivered the An Post courier will call the number provided and try to arrange delivery with you. This helps to prevent your parcel being returned to us.
